Payment Plan
After confirming a reservation, you will receive an email including a link to your guest portal, where you can insert your card details securly to pay for the booking.
Once your payment details added, a 30% deposit is charged immediately. The remaining 70% are automatically charged 8 weeks before your check-in date.
The 30% deposit can be refunded only if the two following conditions are met:
– Your cancellation happens within 7 days from confirming your reservation.
– The check-in date is still more than 8 weeks away.
If you would prefer to use other payment methods, such as wire transfers, we will happily provide you with a solution. Any fees related to the alternative methods of payment (including but not limited to currency conversion fees, and wire transfer fees) will be charged to you.
For all cancellations of services provided by third-party tiers and organized by us (including but not limited to chef services, and taxi services), the service provider’s cancellation policy applies.
